Just saw the show 2 days ago. Just when I thought movie tixs are expensive, I found out that I could get a movie at $6 using NETs payment at the cathay in orchard (dhoby gaut, actually). Anyway, there is major difference between the movie and the actual book. Reading the book is so much better than the movie. So anyway, the show was so long - 2 plus hours!! I had to take a leak in between! The young actress who acted Susan reminded me of one of my students in 6I. Some resemblance there except that my student will be the Asian version with glasses.
